1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jalan2" / "we" / "platform" — refers to jalan2, the owner and operator of the jalan2.my website and all services offered therein.
• "User" / "you" / "member" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the jalan2 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal user profile created upon registering at jalan2, which grants access to all gaming services.
• "Funds" — refers to the balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in your jalan2 account, whether from deposits, bonuses, or winnings.
• "Games" — refers to all online gaming activities available on the jalan2 platform, including slots, live casino, crash games and table games.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, free spins, cashback or other promotional benefits granted by jalan2 to users.

2Acceptance of Terms

3User Eligibility

• Use of the jalan2 platform must be permitted under the laws applicable in your geographic location. You are solely responsible for ensuring this.
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion list at jalan2 or any other gaming platform that jalan2 is obligated to honour.
• You are not subject to any legal or judicial restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.

4Account Registration

To use paid services on jalan2, you must register a valid account. The following conditions and responsibilities apply to your account:

• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at jalan2. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers or identity information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration. jalan2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to submit satisfactory documentation.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. jalan2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Immediate notification: Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the jalan2 support team immediately at [email protected].

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jalan2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. jalan2 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks)

Deposit: Deposited funds are credited to your jalan2 account in under 60 seconds. jalan2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. jalan2 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to two business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed in the next business session. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for your deposit unless otherwise stated.

Identity Verification (KYC): jalan2 reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure to prevent money laundering and safeguard all users. Documents that may be required include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Jalan2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus received comes with a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each user is entitled to one bonus per promotion, regardless of the number of deposits made or payment methods used.
• Bonus usage: Credited bonuses may only be used for gameplay on the jalan2 platform. Any attempt to withdraw a bonus directly without meeting the wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of that bonus.

7Game Rules

All games available on the jalan2 platform are governed by their respective specific rules, which can be found in the help section of each game. However, the following general rules apply to all games on jalan2:

• RNG outcomes are final: All game outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed or altered once they have been determined.
• Technical disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, jalan2 will endeavour to resolve the situation in a manner that is fair to all parties. jalan2 reserves the right to void any rounds or hands affected by a serious technical malfunction.
• Bet limit: Every game on jalan2 has set minimum and maximum bet limits. Users must adhere to these limits in every gaming session.
• Currency: All bets and winnings on jalan2 are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jalan2 platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate live game outcomes

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Threatening, insulting or harassing jalan2 staff or other users
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law

9Account Closure & Suspension

Jalan2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Account closure requested by the user
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming programme
• Orders from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Detection of activity that violates the terms of use or raises security concerns

Withdrawals after account closure: If an account is closed for reasons that do not involve a breach of these terms, jalan2 will refund any valid remaining balance to the user once all necessary checks have been completed. Funds associated with activity that breaches these terms are subject to forfeiture.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, jalan2 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from fair and legitimate gameplay outcomes on the jalan2 platform

• Losses arising from your failure to adequately secure your account login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature arising from use of the jalan2 platform
• Content or services provided by third parties that may be accessible through or in connection with the jalan2 platform

11Responsible Gaming

Jalan2 takes a serious and proactive approach to responsible gaming. We believe that enjoyable gaming is gaming played within control and within limits that are comfortable for each individual.

Jalan2 provides the following tools to all users free of charge, easily accessible through account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to manage your gaming spend. Limits can be lowered immediately, but any increase requires a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit over a specified period. Play will be automatically stopped once the limit is reached.
